To celebrate my birthday this year I am competing in a Tough Mudder Race on December 2. I will be surrounded by my amazing team--my Soul Sisters! Why, you might ask, would I subject myself to such a thing? As a board member of Lift Up the Vulnerable I see how very challenging every day is for unprotected women and children in war torn areas.
Lift Up the Vulnerable (LUV) protects, educates, and helps to empower vulnerable children and women to be changemakers in their communities.
