I want to work toward my personal fitness goals this summer to improve my mental and physical health while also raising awareness and improving the lives of vulnerable youth in another part of the world.

Civil wars in Sudan have left women and children extremely vulnerable. We are committed to joining LUV by protecting, educating, and nourishing children in Sudan and South Sudan where war, displacement, increased rates of human trafficking, and food insecurity are affecting over 26 million people (more than half the population). As famine descends on Sudan, an estimated 2.5 million people could die from hunger in the coming months.

Thankfully LUV is trying to protect the most vulnerable in these areas. With your help, we can support their efforts. It is inspiring to us to know that we are not just improving our own health but also the health and wellbeing of children and youth that we will never meet! Help us to help others.

The Impact of Your Support

• $30 — Provide life-sustaining meals for a vulnerable child for an entire month — helping them grow healthy and strong.
• $50 — Provide a student in a warzone with a school uniform and essential supplies.
• $100 — Protect two children from trafficking with one month of safe housing and care.
• $210 — Give one child complete care for a month — including food, education, medical attention, and a safe place to grow.
• $300 — Empower a survivor with meaningful employment and the tools to rebuild their life.
• $500 — Support the training and salary of a local educator shaping the next generation of leaders.
• $2500 — Provides essential care for a child for a full year — including food, education, medical attention, and protection.
