The Month of LUV: Delivering Hope, One Truck at a Time
In honor of Valentine’s Day — also known as the International Day of LUV — we’re celebrating all month long with a mission that brings love to life.
At Lift Up the Vulnerable, we believe that: love is something we do. This month, we invite you to put compassion into motion through Fill the Truck with LUV — with a goal of raising $20,000 to help deliver a full year’s supply of nutritious food and essential items to our three schools in Sudan and South Sudan before seasonal rains cut off access.
In war-torn regions like Sudan and South Sudan, children and families face the stark reality of hunger, instability, and displacement. When food is scarce, families become more vulnerable to exploitation and harm.
But there is hope.
Your support helps provide consistent meals, keep children in school, and strengthen communities against the forces that drive trafficking. By addressing basic needs, you are helping create safety, stability, and opportunity where it’s needed most.
